Ingredients:

2.1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast
3.1 tsp salt

5.¾ cup warm water

1.½ cup ranch dressing
2.¼ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
3.1 clove garlic, minced
4.1 tsp dried oregano
5.½ tsp black pepper
Veggie Toppings:
1.½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2.½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
3.½ cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
4.½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
5.¼ cup sliced red onions
6.½ cup mushrooms, sliced
7.¼ cup black olives, sliced (optional)
8.½ cup spinach or arugula (optional, for topping after baking)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough (Skip if Using Pre-made)
1.In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
2.Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until combined.
3.Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 30-45 minutes.
2. Make the Ranch Dressing Cream:
- In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, sour cream, minced garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
- Set aside or refrigerate until needed.
