Spinach Chilli Garlic Prawn
Here’s a simple and flavorful recipe for Spinach Chilli Garlic Prawns:
Ingredients:
- Prawns: 250g, peeled and deveined
- Spinach: 2 cups, washed and chopped
- Garlic: 6-8 cloves, finely minced
- Red Chillies: 2, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- Butter: 2 tbsp
- Olive Oil: 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste
- Soy Sauce: 1 tsp (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Prawns:
- Season the prawns with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Set aside.
- Cook Spinach:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

- Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted (about 2-3 minutes).

- Saut Garlic and Chillies:
- In the same pan, melt butter over low heat.

- Add the wilted spinach back into the pan.
