For the Fish Fillet:
1. 500g white fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or dory)
2. 1 cup all-purpose flour
3. 1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
4. 2 eggs (beaten)
5. 1 tsp salt
6. 1/2 tsp black pepper
7. 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
8. 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
9. Cooking oil (for frying)
For the Tartar Sauce:
1. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2. 1 tbsp pickles or relish (finely chopped)
3. 1 tbsp lemon juice
4. 1 tsp mustard (Dijon or regular)
5. 1 tsp capers (optional, finely chopped)
6. 1 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
7. 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
8. Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Fish:
1.Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel.
2.Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
