Ingredients:
For the cake:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dragon fruit puree (you can blend fresh or frozen dragon fruit)

- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup milk

- 1 cup heavy whipping crea
- 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp dragon fruit puree (optional for color)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Prepare the Dragon Fruit Puree:
If you’re using fresh dragon fruit, peel it and blend the flesh until smooth. If it’s frozen, thaw it and blend.
Make the Cake Batter:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9- inch round cake pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and dragon fruit puree.
