Ingredients:
- 200g noodles (any variety of your choice)
- 200g boneless chicken, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, julienned (cut into thin strips)
- 1/2 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded (optional)
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil (vegetable or mustard oil)
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
Cook the noodles:
Boil water in a large pot and add a pinch of salt. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, drain the water and set the noodles aside. Drizzle a bit of oil to prevent the noodles from sticking.
