Instructions:
- Prep the chicken:
- Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness by gently pounding them with a meat mallet or rolling pin (about 1/2 inch thick). This ensures even cooking.

- Breading process:
- Set up a breading station: Place the flour in one shallow bowl, the beaten egg in another, and the breadcrumbs in a third.
