Ingredients: For the chicken marinade:

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper (red or green), sliced
- 1 bell pepper (yellow or orange), sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Tortillas (flour or corn)
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, shredded cheese, lime wedges
Instructions:
- Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and add them to the marinade, mixing well to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).
- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add the marinated chicken strips and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly browned. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
