Cheese Burger Homemade RecipeHere’s a simple and delicious cheese burger homemade recipe:

Ingredients:

  1. For the burger patties:
    • 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80% lean for juicy burgers)
    • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
    • 1 tsp onion powder (optional)

2.For the assembly:

  • 4 hum burger buns
    • Lettuce leaves
    • Tomato slices
    • Pickles (optional)
    • Ketchup and mustard (optional)
    • Onion slices (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Patties:
    • Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions (about 4 oz or 115g each).
    • Shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick. Use your thumb to make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent it from puffing up during cooking.
    • Season both sides with salt and pepper. You can also add garlic powder and onion powder for extra flavor.
  1. Cook the Patties:
    • Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
    • Once hot, place the patties on the skillet or grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on the first side.
    • Flip the patties and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side for medium doneness, or longer if you prefer well-done.
    • In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover the skillet with a lid to melt the cheese.
  1. Toast the Buns:
    • While the patties cook, lightly toast the burger buns on a separate pan or on the grill for about 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.
  1. Assemble the Burgers:
    • Spread your desired condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc.) on the bottom bun.
    • Add the cooked burger patty with melted cheese.
    • Top with lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, and onions if desired.
    • Place the top bun on the burger.
  1. Serve:
    • Serve the cheeseburgers hot with fries or any sides of your choice.
