Instructions
Marinate the Chicken:
Clean the chicken lollipops and pat them dry.
In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt.
Add the chicken lollipops and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results).
Prepare the Batter:
In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornflour, rice flour, red chili powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
Add an egg and a little water gradually, mixing to form a thick, smooth batter.
Coat and Fry:
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
Dip each marinated chicken lollipop in the batter and coat it well.
Carefully place it in the hot oil and deep fry until golden brown and crispy (about 6-8 minutes per piece).
Drain on paper towels.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle some chaat masala and garnish with chopped spring onions.
Serve hot with schezwan sauce or green chutney.
